Ruby Cole-Ellis is a Guatemalan-born businesswoman, designer, business coach, and financial advisor who has proudly called Canada home since 2013. As Editor-in-Chief and Co-Founder of ROSE Magazine, she brings over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, creative direction, and women’s empowerment.

Above all, Ruby is a passionate community builder, twin mama, and relentless advocate for bold, ambitious, heart-led women everywhere.

Rachel Stewart is from Calgary, Alberta. With over a decade of experience in postsecondary evaluation, research, and education, Rachel’s career focuses on connecting strategic planning with data-driven learning, decision-making, and storytelling. As Content Director and Co-Founder of ROSE Magazine, she supports contributors in creating compelling pieces that inspire action or understanding while most importantly, staying true to themselves.

In her free time, Rachel can be found knitting on her couch with a show or audiobook turned on in the background.

Luci is a Guatemalan industrial designer with experience in UX, social media management, and marketing.

As the creative director and co-founder of ROSE, she brings a fresh and imaginative perspective; turning every idea into something tangible and beautifully real.

A craftie mom who loves adding color and sparkle to everything she touches, Luci is also a devoted book lover and animal enthusiast.
